Podiatrists diagnose and treat conditions of the foot, ankle, and related structures of the leg. We are qualified and licensed to use anaesthetics for surgical interventions and a variety of medicines and techniques to cure the foot of certain ailments and infections.

Ann has been established in Ayr since 1982 with experience of working within the NHS and for many years as a private practitioner.

Her extensive career within Podiatry and as a Bowen Practitioner has allowed her the honour of working with many sports professionals.

She has consulted for a number of premiership football teams and has treated professional athletes from the world of golf, dance, running, rugby, running, and many more.

Through invitation by the R&A, she was part of the team servicing the Podiatry contract for the 2004 Open Golf Championship in Troon providing Podiatry services for the golf professionals.

JOHN McCALL

A highly experienced Podiatrist and valued member of our team,  John qualified with distinction in 1984 and has over 30 years of experience in the NHS and in private practice in Yorkshire and Ayrshire.
Whilst employed in the NHS he specialised in diabetes and served on several national groups advising on diabetic foot care.
He was a founder member of the Scottish Diabetes Specialist Podiatrists Group whose main role was to encourage podiatrists in Scotland to gain the knowledge and skill to provide the best possible foot care to people with diabetes.
